Well, I know not to come back to this branch again. We came for dinner on a Friday night, so I understand it is a busy time. But after waiting an hour after we placed our order we asked a manager if something was wrong. Our food was quickly brought out at room temperature at best. We were charged full price without even an apology or explanation from anyone. I mean, other tables came and went while we were waiting for our food. The Park City Cracker Barrel is usually one of my top 5 choices in our rotation for weekly breakfast but this visit was disappointing. All of the food was lukewarm, it seemed to take longer than usual to come out. By the time we got to some of the food on our plates it was cold. 3 of us got the family style meal that came with biscuits and gravy but we got one small bowl of gravy. In my experience, chicken fried chicken is usually pounded flat, this was a huge chicken breast. Bacon that was so crispy even our lady who likes hers deep fried wouldn’t eat it. My barrel bites tater tot casserole was cold enough the cold cheese and cold pre-cooked bacon did not warm up or melt and fell to the bottom of the dish.
