First visit to Courthouse Cafe at Hanover Courthouse. We both ordered the Meatloaf Sandwich on Sourdough bread from the day’s specials menu and it was To-die-for, moist and slathered with BbQ sauce. The sourdough was grilled perfectly. The shoestring fries were literally mounded up and falling off the plate and cooked just right. Good iced tea (don’t underestimate the importance of properly brewed iced tea!). For dessert we shared the Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwich - Banana Pudding flavor, with a chocolate drizzle… SO YUMMY! They’ve done a great job of renovating So Far Thus the 4 stars in atmosphere, they really need some wall decor. The Bar area looks very inviting. Definitely will return! Found this place while going to a near by event. Glad we did! It was near closing time so it wasn't busy. The waitress was the best!! The drinks were tasty. We had smashed burgers, fries and onion rings....delicious!!! Service was quick and the waitress was super friendly, chatting with us like old friends. Definitely will be back again!
