Course is 5/5, hands down. The coffee is exactly what any enthusiast would want. It is apparent that Brandon, Sarah, and their staff have taken the time to learn the art and science behind everything from sourcing beans, to brewing, to accompanying local eats. My fiancé is definitely a bit of a coffee snob and Course is our go-to for beans for pour overs. Always a delight, excellent service. Great if you want a black coffee or you want to explore different coffee regions. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I kind of consider myself a "coffee" snob. I like it black and simple. I won't drink it at home, gas station or from any other big "chain" etc. So I don't drink coffee often. Seriously. I like to support local though. Where there's a real art to crafting a brew. Where knowledge, passion and skill come into play. I like surprises. They always surprise me! That being said. I've been to many high rated shops and roasters from Portland, Seattle, NY and even some really nice local ones in STL. It's crazy this place is here in St. Charles, MO of all places. Nothing TOPS them in my opinion. I'm just blown away, the place and everyone there certainly adds to the experience as short and simple as the moments are. My kid trains at the gym down the street and I always look forward to stopping in every chance I get. Wish they were open later. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A local gem. My only complaint is they are beginning to take up way too much real estate on my bean roasters hall of fame which throws off the aesthetic of my coffee bar at home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
