I've been a Costco costumer for over a decade now. I like what they offer, and the way they treat their employers. Why the low rating, then? The Costco in Harrisburg has demonstrated to me that they have racist people working there. How? At no point when I go into the Food Court, which also has the customer service area, have they ever stopped me and asked me where I was going. However, they have stopped my partners several times. Yes, my partners are black. I'm Latino, but lighter skin. If that wasn't enough, they asked one of my partners if the Costco card he was giving them, was his. SERIOUSLY?! I have never ever been asked that. I have never seen anyone there ask that to any of the clients before. But they had to ask that of my partner. Why?
I was able to purchase what I wanted (hot dog and soda. The service was great and they were cordial and professional. I was able to get onions, relish, and mustard to go along with my hot dog?
Great place for household items don care for all crazy ignorant people & there driving habits. Since its established from when 1st opened was great place to go & shop.
