I'd rate the cuisine a resounding 5 stars, particularly for their exceptional Huevos Rancheros. Each bite was a delightful fusion of flavors, perfectly seasoned and utterly delicious. The beans, in particular, were a standout, offering a comforting, homestyle taste that made the dish feel like a warm hug. One of the best deals in Vegas! Got their $6.45 Steak & Eggs special, and the $4.95 Ham & Eggs special. 12-6am. Both were excellent! Update: Got their $6.45 Steak & Eggs special. It was excellent as usual! The service is also fast and friendly. This is definitely where we will have breakfast each time we are in town. Really good food!! Inside of the South Point Hotel/Casino. We had the orange chicken with fried rice and a chicken caesar wrap with fries. The quality of food is great and it’s also very affordable. You cannot order food to go, however, if you don’t finish your meal while dining in, you can ask for a to go box. Coronado Cafe is located inside SouthPoint casino. Late night eats start at midnight (12 am), and you can get a steak, eggs, hashbrows, and toast for $6.50 before tax. It's definitely a great deal. You are limited to only one plate per person of the main entrees, but you can get biscuits and gravy or a shrimp cocktail also for about $3 each with the main Entree you choose to fill you up if necessary. Great late night cheap eats that are worth the drive off strip. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The neat thing about this Cafe', is the service - it gets extremely busy in the late evenings during the 'Midnight Specials' (12 am-6am), but the servers are always hustling, and will bring you just about any extras you ask. Fantastic burger, I got mine with bacon, Swiss, and a side of avocado - very nice job!
