Underwhelming. Service was good and the menu has a lot of options, but it seems that Cooper’s Hawk is more about quantity over quality. The churrasco I ordered was overcooked and very small, compared to others I’ve had. The shrimp and scallop risotto lacked any flavors to distinguish itself. Won’t be going back.

We always enjoy our visit to Coopers Hawk for a night out. This recent visit was even better thanks to our server Lori. She was very kind, attentive and personable. She had fantastic wine recommendations and even sampled a seasonal sparkling that is stuck in our minds. We will definitely return soon to have some and get a bottle. This was my first time at one of the franchise locations. I’ve heard really great things about this place in general so I figured I’d try it out. It’s average priced for an upscale restaurant chain . The food was good (nothing extravagant or unusually delicious) . The wine pairing was excellent & our waitress was phenomenal. The overall atmosphere was calming & child friendly . The waiter Jacob was great but $40 steak was not worth it. I got this today to celebrate a friend's birthday. Very disappointed. This was not weighted and it was very small and very thin. Glad I went to the manager to talk to her. It was taken cared of but shouldn't have happened in the first place. I rather go to morettis or another steak place where $40 is worth it. We were served by the most pleasant and positive person I have met in a long time. Lori seemed to enjoy her job and welcomed us like it was her home. It totally made our lunch experience exceptional.
