Great food but sometimes a few of their workers are very very high. Like tonight the front end worker and 4 month manager was trying to charge people for the standard ketchup and mayo or slaw/pickles that comes on the food. I then had to do carefully show their own menu to them that toppings are not extra and or the side drinks that come standard with the trays. Hopefully they have not been charging everyone extra since they've been there and saying that it's the new price.

I am not the type of person who leaves a google review. And I entirely understand the frustration that comes along with working with the general public. I’ve been a crew member, and a shift manager working in fast food. I actually previously worked at this place when I was 16! But When I pulled up to the speaker tonight the young lady on the speaker was flat out rude. I understand that cookout isn’t normal, and doesn’t have a headset system. I know the speakers suck. but rudely yelling at somebody “I CANT HEAR YOU!!” is absolutely unproductive. I also had to speak to two different people (one of which was a manager by his collared shirt) about substituting something in the barbecue plate. I’m unsure if the buttons on the screen have changed, and seriously no offense, but it’s pretty simple. Got to the window, didn’t get parts of our order, and things were wrong. Once again the blonde young lady was rude. My suggestion: let her do something else!!! She is clearly not good with people, and that’s okay. seriously, take her out of that window.

The food is always good, as well as the shakes! They make the best peanut butter and banana shake I've had! Catch their amazing eggnog shake before the season is done as well!

Service sucks so much. The girl that took my order barley paid attention to me,and she acted like we were a bother to her.. I understand about working with the public,, I worked fast food too,, but dang at least fake it so your customers don't feel like they should've eaten somewhere else..
""Plus beware the tables don't move,,it's all booth like tables,, if you are a larger person like my boyfriend,,there's no room ,&you hav to squish yourself into a chair"" they need better seating ,,especially for larger people..
