The Conservatory is my go-to bar in McMinnville! The service is always great, the atmosphere is chill and welcoming, and the food and drinks are delicious. I’ve had some fun evenings sitting outside during the warmer months with friends. Seating can be limited during busier days, so I tend to stick to weekdays. Sebrina is the best bartender!! Muleberry was absolutely delicious (eat the flower garnish - you'll thank me later). So was the poutine with brisket! The brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing!!! You know the crispy leaves that are the best part? Somehow they made the whole sprout like that. And just the perfect hint of sweetness. Would eat here again in a heartbeat. Came here while I was on a trip to visit some friends. I immediately felt welcomed with their pride flags, and they passed the vibe check with friendly and kind staff who were happy to chat whenever I had questions. The menu both food and drinks is creative and playful and I have plans to come back because I need to try more and there is only so much I can eat and drink in a day. My first time here was for the Meltdown event, and their grilled cheese was by far the best one this year.
