We bought 4 Love It sized desserts in founders favorite with sweet cream, one apple pie a la stone with cheesecake and another with sweet cream, and strawberry blonde. All of the flavors were great but the apple pie with cheesecake ice cream was a dream! There was only one employee working at the time and there was a crowd after us. She kept her composure and kindness through the rush. We were glad to see help arrive as we were leaving. They have a "now hiring" sign posted and I hope they gain some high level staff because we will definitely be returning to this location.

Saw the pretty picture. Went in and ordered. Feels like the difference between a Burger King commercial and the burger in the sack. Asked the server twice if it was what the sign was advertising. She said yes and was annoyed. System automatically asked for a tip. I've got a tip... Took the photo next to their sign. Great ice cream, but the employees that work there are young and immature. They were playing around instead of servicing customers. I got my ice cream to go.

While I know first hand how harmful bad reviews can be so I'm still giving a 5 star. But the young man working tonight needs to be worked with on his customer service skills. My wife and girl's received OUTSTANDING customer service from the girls and while they were working on making their orders this young man rushes back in from what looked like a break to take my order. From the minute he asked what I wanted he seemed to be discussed about being at work. Not only did he make my order wrong he made it in the smaller size. So disappointing that 1 person can give such a bqd experience. Someone needs to do better!

I love cold stone ice cream but I hate been cheated. I was on the phone with my husband when he placed my order. He twice told the person he wanted vanilla and strawberry with coconut on the side. Aside from the guy getting the order wrong, he clearly cheated me with not filling the cup.

Lots of ice cream flavors and toppings! Good place to go if you want some ice cream. It’s also in a nice area with a man made lake to enjoy your food.

I love icecream! This is a cute icecream store with so much to choose from, ready made icecream cakes and many icecream flavors. If you have a weakness for icecream, I.defijitely recommend them. You can order to go and sit inside the store or use their outside seating. The service was great and my nephews loved it

Daniel was awesome it was my step son birthday and he went up and behind for him to make his day! He is very caring, professional, and a overall vibe and he needs more everything at this establishment!
