Ordered for a Berry Berry Good . It was creamy one and loaded with berries- strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and vanilla ice cream. Would have loved it if the strawberries were mashed more as they were frozen. Overall a good experience

It's very hot in the store. Very uncomfortable to see workers working in that heat. Please inform the owner's that it is an unsafe environment.

I really like coffee, so I ordered the coffee lover's only and it was so good. I like the smoke tree location because the area isn't as busy as downtown and there's chairs to sit and enjoy my Ice cream. The kids working there are really friendly, so I tip them because it's just a dollar to me but it means Independents from asking mom & dad for money for them.

Agree with prior poster. Completely empty store. Employee seemed bothered unfriendly and bossy. If you’re going to put on some calories getting out in a bad mood just prior kills the whole point of going out for ice cream. I expect a cheery greeting going into any ice cream store—not to be put into a bad mood. Not going to last long in customer service

Sadly this place has gone way downhill. They never measure correctly to fit ice cream and ingredient mixes in larger tubes to go, consequently their bespoke menu creations never taste consistent. Seems to be big turnover of staff in last 2 years. Obviously a reflection on management and ownership. Disappointing.

All I can say is YUM! The ice cream is awesome, very rich and creamy. We tried 2 different treats. One was an Oreo cookie ice cream and the other was chocolate with a brownie, choc chips and choc sauce all mixed together, so good. Very rich though, so a small serving was more than enough.

I love Cold Stone the only problem I had was the ice cream was a little soft because the preparation plate wasn't working properly, other than that it was great. The employees were very respectful , helpful and polite.
