I went with three friends. Two of them ordered identical dishes. One came with avocado, the other didn't, so there was a bit of a quality control problem there. Ordering at the front is optionally self-service; I tried that and was having significant difficulty in placing the order on several levels. Eventually one of the staff took my order for me. Otherwise good, though, and I know I harped on the bad points but there's a reason I gave it four stars and not two or three. I have gone to this restaurant multiple times over the last 2 years and I have to unfortunately say that it is going downhill. The portions have gotten smaller to the point that they don’t fill you up anymore and it’s pricey …. Tonight I had the ropa vieja and it was over salted and just not good.
