Alfonso is the greatest espresso machine technician on the market! There are few people that you come across that operate on character and integrity, and he’s one of them! He takes sincere pride in his work, educates you and gives extremely fair prices for the detailed work that he puts in to the job. I called for an espresso machine service at the coffee bar I manage. Alfonso was professional, punctual and very helpful. He was detailed in his work and patient and detailed in answering my questions. He also serviced our coffee grinder, which was a bit of a disaster. He spent a serious amount of time on it to get it back into good shape! It wasn't easy to find espresso machine repair/maintenance in so cal, but I found two and called Coffee Equipment Tech Service based on a positive review. I'm so glad I did! I feel so confident in the level of expertise and the quality of service provided that I've set up our store for quarterly maintenance with them.

Got my profitec pro 300 serviced. Had a couple of things broken and steam and espresso both werent working. Alfonso was professional and knowledgable and disgnosed my machine within a day (he picked up my machine) and gave me a reasonable quote. Machine was fixed within a few days and now it works good as new! Very satisfied and would recommend.

We have a coffee shop in LA and have been looking for a technician to maintain our equipment so they can perform at an outstanding level at all times. We own a Coffee Shop in Palm Springs Ca. I have used a lot of tech guys. So far the quality of work and price has been horrible. I found Alfonsos company and he came out the next day . Great work and very genuine. I would highly recommend Alfonso and his Company.

Experience counts! I have tried to get things done before with the odd amateur and passionate part time technician. However nobody comes close to Alfonso. He has a lot of experience and is very effective, clean and polite in resolving issues with my commercial espresso machines. There is no choice.
