The bartender/ Manager was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. He put his hands on a woman leaving the establishment . He should not be in customer service, period. The police came and agreed with us. I hope the owners takes this review and deals with him accordingly. If it wasn't for his behavior our experience at this establishment would have been outstanding . What a shame. Price per person $100+ Service: 1

Very nice bar, drinks were really good....bartender, not so much. My husband and I ate next door and stopped in after for a drink and the blonde bartender was not welcoming at all. Never smiled, she just asked what we wanted, silent to our thank yous and never thanked us in return. Seemed like we were an inconvenience. Customer service is just as important, if not more important than your drinks. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Bartender was peeved that we asked her for a large glass of water (I was the DD). Told me to get it myself - it’s called service for a reason. She was salty. She blew the vibe entirely. We were going to have dinner, but we decided to go elsewhere. ETA: someone else felt the same way about said bartender and left an unflattering review from the same evening. If your employees don’t understand how to provide decent customer service, please provide training. Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
