Horrible experience. We spent much time planning and ordering online for pickup in preparation for a large group arriving from NC. All went through fine online and we received order confirmation and saw pending charge on credit card. We arrived in Avon after traveling all day and went to pickup and they did not have anything ready. No explanation. They just did not process it. No manager on site. And every employee spoke Spanish only. They tried to communicate with us through google translate. We had no choice but to spend time onsite finding and buying all the groceries ourselves making a very long day much longer and more tiring. The charge still remains pending on our credit card 4 days later and the cc company says wait to see if it goes through before they will take action. Terrible service for a store. Find somewhere else if at all possible! I order online for pickup all the time back home and have never had this happen.

Very convenient location. Been there multiple times Today the service counter was closed and I had never seen so many employees working on one day. Several of us lined up at service counter only to be told it was unmanned. When we asked for help from the employees standing in a circle, we were told that it the service counter was ’closed’ in the same tone that was equal to ‘go spit’ or ‘TS’. This location really shines for Kroger (not)

Supposed to stay open until 7pm on Christmas Eve but turned everyone away at the door at 6:45pm because they said the store was too full. A poor customer experience.

Spend over 40 min in customer service when was told I was going to be helped in 15 min. No body showed up and had to leave.

This review is of the pharmacy. Andy (pharmacy manager) probably needs to find a job where he doesnt have to interact with people. He was extremely rude to us, and the older gentleman who was in line in front of us who he told to "be quiet and listen to me" I would not suggest using this slow, and rude pharmacy.
