Due to incompetent training, I tried to buy a drink today, I had to have my card scanned three times because the guy wasn’t competent enough to click the button after I had my card read each time, I believe he’s the manager a older man that has not been working at this location for very long instead of helping the person who was servicing me. He decided to take my drink and say that I could go somewhere else and that he wasn’t going to sell it to me, I asked why it kept telling me to remove my card and that I didn’t understand why they weren’t processing it, and he takes my drink and refuses to sell to me.. this made zero sense to me, The older man who took my drink was extremely rude, I have been coming to this location for as long it is has been open, I have spent so much money here and never had a problem until dealing with this older man who works during the day and nights. I’m taking a guess that he’s a new manager and a bad one at that. Ironic enough when it came down to the drink I was trying to buy which was alcoholic, I was never asked to show my ID. So to be refuse service when I did nothing wrong, but try to pay for my drink and be told I had to go somewhere else, I will never come back to this location due to that man. If I am able, I will update this later when I get his name.
This circle k gas station is a little below avrage of the other stores i went to. The service is decent and the place does need a little clean up but otherwise it's not a bad location either but needs some improvements
Terrible staff, a white kid with long hair with AirPods in “helped” me. Was rude and had zero customer service skills. After he scanned my stuff I wasn’t offered a bag and left my stuff on his side of the counter. I HAD TO REACH ACROSS THE COUNTER to grab the stuff he scanned while he continued back with whatever task he had been doing before I came up to the counter. I understand they are probably just kids. I have over 10 years of retail customer service experience and every time I come into this gas station it’s always a subpar experience. I don’t expect much, but I also don’t expect to get treated disrespectfully either.

Always tired of these lazy people not putting reciept paper in the pumps. When you're on a time crunch or it's raining, it becomes very annoying to have to get in line behind 10 people just to get your receipt. It's been this way for over a year. Replace the paper and your lines be shorter. Guy wearing a mask as a clerk in 2023 says it all.
I am not going too them again I had that my daily stop every morning on my way too work. But on Monday February 27th I stopped in there and proceeded too get gas. I purchased $50 of fuel but my pump shut off at 1.90, I went in and told them it had stopped but the employee by the name of Alan told me it should come back on in ten minutes. I waited at least 30 minutes Alan was not helpful I asked for refund he said there was nothing he could do too help me. I asked for receipt he gave me one for $30 and told me I pumped $30 in gas which I had not, he was not helpful at all.They are now blackballed by me as far as Alan he needs too be fired or wrote up for his unhelpful service.
Girl with the big beautiful hair has 0 customer service skills or at least she did not present them tonight.
I forgot to put in my pin to finish the transaction and she reacted is such a disrespectful and judgemental way. When I gave a thumbs up and asked if I was good she ignored me and made a facial expression like I was stupid. I'd like to see you function perfectly after working 10 hours straight followed up with a 45 min drive home.
I would rate a 5 before tonight, cause everyone's usually nice and chill.
I sent my husband in to get gas. I had redeemed a . 30¢ off the gallon coupon that was sent by text. He also went in for cigarettes. He was told he can't be serviced because he didn't have his ID for the cigarettes. He has always gone there and never had an issue till today. The people in front of him bought beer and cigarettes but where not asked for ID to verify date of birth. I lost my redemption code because he told my husband he wouldn't service him.
Convenient, not helpful, Anna mis scanned win app canceling "free items" stated nothing she or I could do. Well Google followers show your input , right is right our consumer voice can be heard.have been trying for days to get rewards they kept saying someone will contact me to date this has not happened. Again no reply from mgmt. Again cheated out of 15 cents off gallon game. Paid cash didn't pump gas asked for them to cancel or refund 20 in cash I paid. ANNA said nothing she or I could do. Really receipt in hand cash transaction, no gas was pumped even.
Ok rock paper sissors won 20cents off per gallon yesterday was in app wallet w option to share. But it would not let me today 20cents gallon missing have screen shot to prove it. What a rip off.
