Your night crew is amazing here. Very polite and helpfull. Was here at 9:50 on 1/21/24 and the lady behind the register was a big help. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

The cashier I had was the friendliest man i’ve ever interacted with and made going to the gas station a actually fun experience!
Card reader doesnt work and hasnt for the last 8 months Also their air machine is broken. It seems like the owners dont care about it which is sad being that it was renovated not that long ago
The old bag behind the counter should be fired
Signs on the door say “count on us - face coverings required in store” yet both clerks inside are not wearing them so naturally half the customers aren’t either. I can’t shop where I don’t feel safe so I didn’t enter the store.
My fault for not looking but their fault for having product on the shelf that’s been expired for a year. This makes me question a lot. Don’t plan on going back.
Kind + helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms and facility. I felt safe shopping here with no concerns.

The assistant manager of this store is rude and unwilling to rectify problems with his store. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere for all your needs. Gas is generally cheaper at The Brewer Car Wash and Dysart's just down the road has friendly and helpful employees, unlike the lazy clerks at Circle K-Irving's. Food is much better too. I have noticed a slight change to the quality of service the overnight crew is fantastic, hotdogs have been in the steamer which is a step in the right direction, but what does one do when you have a family of 4 and there are only 4 hotdogs...you go to McDonald's! These clerks need to learn how to use the streamer not just stick hotdogs in the thing with the steamer left on low, hot dogs need to be cooked and then turned down. Keep the steamer and cooked hotdogs in it and you might sell some hotdogs. They used to be a thing in Maine and if you could do it right you reputation would bring people in just for those great redskin dogs. Come on you can do better. Provide some training maybe.
