I was in the store picking up two polar pops and there was a rude lady behind the counter and she just started yelling at the top of her lungs this is the rudest customer service I have ever seen and we did better at Big lots this is what had to be done and said that there was no reason for anybody to be yelling at the top of their lungs and customers
You have to be careful buying certain products in the gas station because some items will be ticketed one price, and the register will ring up a different price. some employees do not know how to correct it. A customer ends up getting overcharged. This has happened to me more than three times. I finally spoke up and it happened again.

This franchise just lost me as a customer forever. I bought $12 of gas at this store and the register puts an automatic hold of $30 on the card. I certainly did not get what I paid for and the franchise gets to hold the $18 they took beyond the purchase for 10 days. Not a good way to treet a customer which I won't be anymore!
It's a gas station. What do you expect?! They are always hiring and firing. Sometimes you in and out. Other times, your there for a half hour. Depends...
Was taking my husband to his appt yesterday and the doctor is right up the Rd from this circle k. So we decided to get something to drink thru the drive thru since we still had 13 mins. Not likely since one red truck was parked inside the drive thru and they apparently had a nice long conversation. 7 mins later the truck finally moved. The employee running the drive thru was Regina. Nice lady but c'mon 7 minutes for one vehicle is insane. Will not stop there again. O and the truck only purchased a case of beer. So 7 minutes just talking. That's just bad customer service in a drive thru. Maybe take a job where talking is the main thing. Just saying

The drive thru has a sign advertising White Claw at $15.99 and sells it to you for $16.99. When I asked why I was charged more, I was told it was the price with TAX! Are you kidding me? Tax is 6.75%. Price rings up at $16.99 THEN TAX is added! That is not the price with tax. It's called FALSE advertising. I just caught it the second time there. If that's the price - fine. But don't advertise it as less and sell it at a higher price! TAKE THE SIGN DOWN! Or change the price on it so it reflects the price on the receipt. Otherwise it's FALSE ADVERTISING.

The customer service here is lackluster, to say the least. I paid for my gas and they applied it to the wrong pump. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes for resolution. Didn't get an apology or any bit of communication from the staff other than "it's fixed". First and last time that I'll go there.
I live close to this circle k. The last 6 months I have gone in there its been dirty out of coffee hot and iced. When I asked for help with the coffee the young lady pulled the box out of the machine left the machine open and walked away to do lottery. There was one person on drive through and 2 on registers. You mean to tell me she couldn't replace the box so I could get my coffee? Wont be returning to this one awill drive further out.
