Simply put food is great. The pizza crew is great. Arcade is great BUT!..... Your claw machines are extremely rigged. Claw opens at the top more then a couple inches dropping anything you picked up. You got everything right but the rigged claw machines. Way to hustle the money from little kids and destroy their excitement when they think they won a prize. Game manager should be ashamed 😤 rigging a claw machine is still stealing money. 😑 even if its something simple and petty. I’m not sure why I had a one star review for this place, but whatever negative experience I had sure changed. They have added more arcade games, it’s a great place for the family or even a date night. I love how friendly the staff is, and the mac-n-cheese pizza. Everything was great. Finally a cicis worth visiting a second time. Food was good and all the games were clean and actually worked. The only negative i found was the whole add a tip when you pay. A tip should be awarded for great service, cleanliness, and other things not an automatic payment for what could be good or bad. Honestly one of the best Cici’s I’ve ever visited!! Especially on a busy Saturday night like tonight. The place was VERY well kept clean & stocked up on fresh pizza, pasta & salad. Not a thing was dry or stale. Manager kept doing rounds to make sure everyone’s service was top quality. I can also tell all the workers were just as happy as the customers. If I could give 10 stars, I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My kids also loved the arcade area, so we will definitely be back. CC's has pretty much replaced Papa John's I'm afraid because for about the same prices there are Pizza I can get salad and dessert. What a deal! My only job back tonight was I went to go get seconds and put them on the table and while I was getting my water the cleanup guy took all my food away! super cool cicis pizza. the arcade set up is open in one part of the restaurant to control flow which I totally love! pizzas here get changed out frequently so they are never not fresh!!. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It’s a great value, and solid pizza every time. Pizza buffet and a drink for just over $11??? That’s pizzamazing. This place deserves closer to 5 stars overall. I’m a regular customer and I’ve been happy to come back because of the great value and good service.
