LAST TIME I CHECKED NOBODY IS MAKING YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR WORK AT CHIPOTLE. ME AND MY FRIEND CAME INTO THIS CHIPOTLE WE HAD MULTIPLE ORDERS BUT AGAIN NOBODY IS MAKING YOU WORK AT CHIPOTLE I UNFORTUNATELY DIDNT GET THE NAMES OF THESE EMPLOYEES BUT IT WAS A GUY WITH LONG BLONDE HAIR AND A WOMEN WITH A TIGHT BUN AND RED HAIR. BOTH WHERE EXTREMELY RUDE THROWING THINGS DOWN MADE THE ORDER INCORRECTLY DIDN'T GIVE TIME TO CORRECT THEM MY FRIEND HAD TO PAY FOR HER MEAL TWICE BECAUSE OF THIS. THE ELDERLY LADY BEHIND US SAID SOMETHING THE LADY DIDN’T HEAR SO THEN RESPONDED EXTREMELY RUDLY IN YELLING TONE. The first thing I saw was some young man with his hair all frazzled taking the temperature of all the foods, he never cleaned the thermometer, he just mixed all the meats with each other and the sour cream withe cheese. Basically, he contaminated all the ingredients. If you are restricted from eating certain meats or have allergies, do not order here. The lady making the bowls was super rude, she snapped at us and rushed us even though the building was empty. These people need to be inspected. They also need retrained.
