Great food but customer service needs some work non attentive staff very unwelcoming. Hopefully with some motivation there staff can bring a welcoming environment.

The WORST Chipotle! I have repeatedly had issues with orders from this location to no avail!!! You can't talk to anyone in the store and they don't respond to complaints! I always order a salad. Twice they've not put a dressing with the order and once they started making a bowl, realized it was a salad and put 3 pieces of lettuce on top and still forgot the dressing. My husband tries to be nice and have my my favorite delivered for me weekly,but yall have ruined it! It's too much money not to get what is paid for so YES I will complain!!!

I had a bobo buy one get one free that was sent to my account from corporate. I tried to redeem it however the Manager would not except it because "he didn't know of this special" So I not only couldn't use this I also lost my points to get a free Guacamole. Will not eat at Chipotle again till this is addressed

If you’re ordering guacamole with your food be sure to order before 6pm or else you’ll be told they don’t have any (after 7pm). However if you order through the app after 7pm you can get guacamole with your meal it seems to be the only way to get guacamole. Also their chips are stale and hard to chew. I was also asked, “what would you like to drink for the kids meal, milk, juice, or what”. Oh lord…

091423 If I get here close to 10 o'clock at night and there are no vegetables, I understand that. But why is it that I get here at 12:15pm and there are no vegetables on either counter. When they can tell me that there are none, that means they knew and they didn't prepare for the lunch break. I told them I have to wait for the vegetables and when they get ready, I'm not told. I get in line again, then, a very alert person calls me to the front of the line to fix my bowl and all is right with the world again!
112822 I like Chipotle. But, they are starting to get on my nerves! So, it used to be that the grill vegetables costs extra with the bowl. Now, the veggies come with the bowl but the tortilla costs extra!
I'm not sure what is going on, but they need to be careful that they treat everybody the same. Groups of guys who look like they work construction in the area came in, they were not charged extra for their tortillas. I sat and watched and listened to see if anyone was charged extra, the extra charge was not announced as their bowls were prepared the way they did me. I give the benefit of the doubt here; maybe those guys who look like they come in all the time know about the up charge. It certainly does make me feel different when so many others got bowls and their tortillas in foil, but weren't told it would cost them an extra $.50!

I have always loved Chipotle, and have left positive reviews before for them. This time won't be one of them, unfortunately I found a sticker in my food still attached to the "fajita mix" bell pepper while eating my dinner. So I'm not sure if they actually take time to wash the veggies before cooking them, either way it just kinda grosses me out. I've tried 3 times to call the restaurant back, but only received automated responses. I live too far away to travel back tonight, but I will be returning in the morning to speak to someone in person.

Out of Beef, guacamole, sweet tea, unsweetened tea. This is the 3rd time in less than a month. The store was FILTHY! I will have to think twice before coming here again.
Went to this chipotle around 5:30 p.m.
Streak was very raw, there was blood juice on the bottom. So I stated to the little Hispanic girl, oh my that’s red. She looked at me like if she was confused. Then I stated again, will y’all be making more anytime soon, she said no that’s been there for 30 min. I asked her if she could ask her manager and she turned and rolled her eyes at me. Hispanic manager isn’t any help either. Definitely will be contacting corporate. Avoid the attitude and go to the chipotle on 7th st.

Very convenient location next to Starbucks & Krispy Kreme doughnuts. My teenage son and I come on Sundays because the food type is a compromise being that I like to eat health.
Been also coming randomly to have a meal and do some work during the week. Nice, clean, and spacious dining area. Also, now that it's spring, taking advantage of the patio seating. I get the fajita chicken bowl w/brown rice...Delicious!
