If you're ever in this location while this manager is on duty, just walk back out the door to a new location! He is the most disrespectful and rude employee we've ever encountered. Wasn't clean, employees didn't seem enthusiastic at all. I've been to the Cipolte in Sheffield and Amherst. This one is a disappointment

Sandusky Chipotle is way better with food quality, go there. Here, the fajitas are never fully cooked or seasoned right and the steak doesnt taste fatty like it's generally supposed to. I will give credit on 2 things. The interior is always nice and clean, and the drive up window is great, i dont like having to turn off my engine for a whole minute and waste any more miles from my tank than what i already have to.
