The server also acted as our host this evening & sat us immediately. He was kind and efficient & there wasn't a time when we needed something and he wasn't there. But he wasn't hovering either, which is also nice. Always a good experience. Haven't been let down once. Ended up coming to eat this evening because WZ Asain Bistro turned us away 30 min before closing. What a shame. Thanks for saving the day, Chili's! Food is okay, service is friendly and can be slow, but they're busy... seems like they could use a second location, but they can barely maintain this one. This pot-canyon has eaten the front end of my car 1 too many times and has been there for over a year. Concrete isn't that expensive to dry pour and solve the safety risk this creates. Server was amazing, food was good but hostess made us feel very uncomfortable. She was pacing back in forth after most of us only had two or three drinks plus appetizers, entrees and dessert. We saw her (her name is America) staring multiple times and talking to our server, shortly after he said he couldn’t sell us more. I work at a restaurant and never have I ever treated customers like that. She made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed when we were celebrating our friends 21st.

I recently took my family out for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, my 3-year-old daughter was having a meltdown because she was hungry. However, the staff, particularly Steven and the hostess (whose name I unfortunately do not know), were incredibly attentive and understanding. They immediately noticed my daughter's distress and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Steven and the hostess were patient and kind. Steven quickly took our order and made sure that the kids' food was served as soon as possible. Once the food arrived, my daughter's mood completely changed. She was delighted with her meal, and I could see that Steven and the hostess had played a significant role in making her happy again. They continued to check on us throughout the meal, ensuring that everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our experience. I was impressed with how well Steven and the hostess handled the situation and their genuine care for their customers. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a big difference in turning what could have been a stressful evening into an enjoyable dining experience for my family. We have only good things to say about our experiences here- the wait staff, the quality of the food and the value for our money. The 3 for Me meal is a drink, a starter & an entree for a budget-friendly $10.99! Their burgers and chicken sandwich are, in our opinion, the best around. The friendly and efficient wait staff make this Chili's a no-brainer in our restaurant rotation. We stopped in to celebrate my 74th birthday. Allie treated us like royalty! She was personable, quick to deliver and checked on us throughout the meal. The food was amazing; the chicken tenders really were tender. Fries are the best. Also, we met the manager and it is obvious there is a caring and professional atmosphere. Service was exceedingly good despite shortage of staff. They are the real stars worthy of all 5 stars. We dined in for nearly 2 hours and saw how friendly, great customer service, even if the line at the front desk went out the door. Despite shorthanded they were outstanding in taking orders, food delivery, etc. They deserve a standing ovation. What strong work ethics!!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I had a really bad day. I decided to go to Chili's to relax and have some dinner. My day turned from bad to LIFE IS GOOD! I ordered the 10oz sirloin with half an order of shrimp. I was served by the bartender, Amber. What an awesome lady! She listened to me rant about my not so good day, expressed genuine empathy, and made me laugh. After my wonderful meal, I told her I was going to write a review, as i am a Google advisor. She agreed to be in one of the photo's (unlike her manager Sydney!--but seriously, she was awesome, too) and we joked around and had a good time. WHEN you go here, be sure to refer to Amber as Amberanda. She'll know that I sent ya. An excellent overall experience. And notice people, how clean the bar is! DO NOT EAT HERE! This place was nasty! I've never had a bad experience with any Chili's except for tonight! My boyfriend and I ordered ribeye steak dinners. We asked for medium well and as you can see from the pictures they were not! We also ordered chips and guacamole. Let me start with the food. Our steaks, shrimps and my asparagus were burnt!!! We ordered medium well. My steak had a flap of meat folded when they cooked it burnt and when I opened the flap that was never opened for cooking it was raw. Our shrimps were the size of a penny and they were burnt as well. I got charged extra for substituting to get the asparagus but that was useless since it was burnt! The chips were old and stale and were drenched in oil! It looks like they gave us the leftovers instead of cooking a fresh batch. The service was horrible. Although the waitress was trying to be nice she was also responsible in making sure our food was prepared correctly and she didn't advocate for us! It was so obvious our food was burnt. When I brought it to her attention, she took my plate back to have them cook the raw flap. We were never given replacement food for the burnt ones we were served. I couldn't believe they burnt the asparagus as well and still had the audacity to serve us our food like that! Our bill was $94 for burnt food! The restrooms were filthy as well! We will not return!
