Nice and quiet Chillis in a nice area. Love this shopping complex. Employees are great, responsive, and go above and beyond to get you happy with the experience. The service was good, the food was okay. I'm glad I waited to use the men's room until after I ate. The urinal looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. I got to stand in a puddle of what I am guessing was urine while I did my business. No soap, no paper towels. The odor in the men's room had me very close to loosing my lunch. If I had visited the men's room before ordering I would not have eaten at this place. Lack of soap and paper towels makes me wonder if the staff washes their hands. I live in Englewood and order here every few months. They just don't get it right half the time and do not follow instructions on how to make your food. The only real reason why I keep going back is that I get a Coinstar voucher that limits my options. For example tonight I order a 3 for me combo for 14.99 plus tax. Plus side of broccoli. No cheese with some other simple customizations. So what happened was I didn't get my side of broccoli. There was cheese on my burger. And it wasn't cooked well done. At least my soda was carbonated and tasted near perfect that was the best part of my meal. The question becomes then, if they don't care enough to read your ticket to get it right each and every time......they are representing poorly and delivering customer service at a level that even all fast-food chains can do. I actually feel bad for this place no one seems to care.... They asked how cooked I like my steak so I asked for a medium rare. Unfortunately it came out medium/well done. Why would they ask if no one at the kitchen bothered to check the temp before serving. I ordered from Uber Eats. Corn was black on one side ie burnt and was mushy. I salvaged some of the corn though. Next, the chili was a blackened hard crust on the top, it came out burnt. I don't know if that was just a bad night Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had with ordering takeout. Ordering online was the easiest I’ve done, the make it so simple. The food was hot and ready on time. The delivery to my vehicle was quick and friendly. The food was amazing. We got fajitas and surf and turf. I order from local restaurants four times a week and by far this is the best experience and tastiest meal I’ve had in the englewood area. I definitely recommend! It really should be 3.5 stars. The salmon was good. The broccoli was done very well! I enjoyed the food. The staff, while friendly, seemed to be a little overwhelmed. They had a little trouble with the order and with keeping drinks filled. If you go I don't believe you will be disappointed with the food, but don't go if you're in a hurry. Ever met a bank robber? Grandma has, she said she ran around with a guy who stole lawn mower blades from Sears. Sharp guy huh? Well chilis has a little trick for ya. They charged me double my bill, I paid 20% tip then they corrected the check but not the tip. This has now happened twice, first time it was in Utah, and I’m starting to think some of the staff has a little game they play, and it works! They offered to correct the charge but how many times we going to correct it? I don’t trust em one bit. Good news- chips and salsa 💃 are amazing. Chicken fajitas are tasty and the atmosphere isn’t bad. It’s just sad that they don’t pay their staff enough that their own employees have to resort to some silly measures. I’d rob a bank for some of their salsa but unfortunately, they robbed mine.
