We go to Chilis quite often and are always welcomed with open arms! Our waitress Alexis is the best, and is always making sure our little ones food order comes out not long after being seated so he can eat right away! Our son also has food allergies and the staff is always very accommodating to make sure he’s given safe foods to eat. The manager Edgar is always checking on us and making sure all is good and everyone is happy. If he gets a quick minute he even helps keep our son entertained by giving him a quick tour of the kitchen! Stopped at Chili’s and had a good meal. The food was excellent. Edgar remembered my name and my son’s name. It is such a pleasure to be welcomed back. My son and I were impressed that he remembered our names. I appreciate his hospitality. Unfortunately, not enough restaurants have managers like Edgar. We will be back because of him. I often dine at this Chilis location with my family and they never disappoint. There are several chain restaurants in the area but the quality and service received are unmatched to the Chilis in Flanders. Service is great- speedy and the team is very attentive. Edgar the manager is always present and checks in with guests to ensure that all is well (hope he gets a day off!). His positive and welcoming demeanor trickle down to his team. Overall staff is friendly, accommodating and deliver great service. My family especially loves to be seated with Alexis. She is super friendly, has an amazing memory and delivers the same quality service whether the restaurant is slow/quiet on a Tuesday night or busy/buzzing on a Saturday evening. Chili’s is a masterwork restaurant. I threw my food on the floor and the manager apologized to me! I love going to Chili’s, my favorite place to get beers, beers, and more beers managers like Edgar make going to Chili’s extra special and don’t get me started on chili specials! We go here more often than I like to admit. Great family place, good service, food is always good. Edgar the manager is super friendly and attentive. He goes out of his way to be sure everyone gets exactly what they want and enjoys themselves. Even when the restaurant is overwhelmed with high schoolers. I can't say enough about this splendid place. Both Alexis our waitress and Jess the manager were both extremely helpful and friendly! The food is great and comes out quite fast. I recommend the 3 for me for anyone looking for an inexpensive but decent meal. Plus the cookie skillet is a personal favorite of mine. 10/10 would recommend! Alexis and Jess always provide the best customer service! Alexis is a fantastic waitress who pays such close attention to detail while being outgoing, helpful, and charismatic. Every time I eat at Chili's, I see Alexis go above and beyond for every customer. Her consistency is very impressive! She deserves to be praised and rewarded for her strong work ethic, outstanding people skills, and dedication. Jess is a terrific manager who sincerely cares about each customer's dining experience and well-being. She carefully listens and genuinely wants to see customers happy. It's wonderful to see her support all associates, even when the restaurant is very busy. It's apparent that Jess is an experienced leader who enjoys helping her team succeed.
