This is the second time in three weeks we went to this location. The first time, the server said it was her second day so we let the whole experience slide. Tonight we went again, on a Saturday. Thinking it would be busy but they were not. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes before they even attempted to take our drink order. In an extremely busy restaurant I would let it slide, but like I said it wasn't busy at all. I noticed that they were discussing who would take our table of 5. In the mean while I saw employees just walking back and forth the entire time. Management and employees need to be trained up on expediting the service at this location. Employees and the Manager were aimlessly walking around. They kept staring at the front door. For what? I'm not sure, but their focus should be more on the patrons waiting to get served. We had a great lunch here yesterday. It was clean and not crowded. The "3 for me" special seemed like a great deal and the food quality was excellent. This definitely exceeded our expectations. When to pick up my food and had to wait about 10 minutes in the front by myself at least before someone came to help me and of course my food was sitting there all the time getting cold. Everything's nice and I really like the Place though. I just wish they had more workers Food: 5 Service: 4

After a few months I forget how bad this Chili's is until I go again. It's the worst...the servers are typically nice, but it takes forever to get your food, it's not usually prepared the best (saying it kindly) and the last time 2 of our party had to leave because they said they couldn't have parties of 9 people. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with the team at this location! Malachi was a wonderful server! Very attentive and proactive to our needs. We were in a hurry and he was quick to ensure that our food was hot and fast! The GM made a pit stop at our table to ensure we had great service! 10 out of 10 will be back!
