My food was cold, and they did not even secure my food… the delivery driver could have tampered with my food before he dropped it off. Chilli is yummy food, great service, and relaxed enviornment. I adore 3 for me deal! You get drink, small app, and entree. I really love salsa and chips and chicken samdwhich. The mozella sticks are fried to perfection with gooey cheese. The service was quick and reliable. I ordered the triple dipper and they substituted one item with even letting me know and they already forgot to add one sauce. My family and I went on a Saturday night at the end of February vacation. First thing my son said to me was, "Were going to be here for two hours." He was right, and it was time well spent - not what he had meant by the comment. Service was slow, but the crew had their work seriously cut out for them. Wife's fajita trio took almost 20 minutes longer than the rest of the food, so you know it wasn't just the servers who were swamped. To help put our visit in its best context, we had gone to Outback in Worcester three days prior during a slow weekday afternoon and we will never go again to that place. But Walpole Chili's? We'll definitely be back again - just not sure how soon. Pricing across the board at all restaurants is getting difficult to manage visits the way we used to. You might wonder why I gave a national chain 5 stars. I've been to some high profile restaurants in Boston, and honestly they always get at least 2-3 things wrong and for their price, that really stings. That was not our experience here, though.
