I think this place is great. I only visit about once a year but I visited today and my food was incredible. The service wasn’t super great and our waitress complained a couple times about how many tables she had but food wise, I have zero complaints. I got the margarita grilled chicken and it was some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I've been to the hotel next door on 3 install trips, and this has been my go to every time. Never a bad meal, never a poorly made drink, never anything less than a smile. Just got a to go sandwich from the place, Ashley was awesome!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the service at Chili's at High Pointe. The servers are always friendly and my food comes out fast. I'm not crazy about spicy foods so I'm glad Chili's has an assortment of burgers and wings that I love. Plus I appreciate that I can substitute broccoli with melted butter in exchange for french fries. The food is always cooked to perfection. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Placed an order for my family and I Ordered this burger and fries. Burger was burnt, burnt to crisp, very hard and dry! Either their grill wasn’t clean or they over cook their food or both. I called and spoke with the manger for him to tell me that that’s the way it comes out because it’s a flat grill. I order this burger and fries each time when I come to Chills at other locations and each time I’ve ordered this it’s always been fresh, never burnt and never ever looked like this. We have been very pleasantly surprised by a recent visit and have returned several times since to discover it wasn't a one-time event. Chili's has really stepped up the level of food and quality service. We have discovered an amazing menu with exciting and excellent appetizers, meals, and drinks.
