Excellent food and service! Their "3 for me" menu is outstanding! We love the hamburgers and fries, plus the soup. We'll be back!

What a Joke! I stopped here with my family for lunch and this place is by far the worst restaurant I've been too. When we walked in, we were seated quickly and that was the only thing that was quick. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to come take our drink order. The drinks then took another 10 minutes to get to us. My son ordered a rootbeet and after 15 minutes after the rest of us received our drinks, she comes back to tell us they were out of rootbeer, so he got a sprite which took an additional 5 minutes.
It took another 20 minutes to have our food order taken and it took 45 minutes for the food to come out. Both burgers were cold, fries were all cold, just very shocking. We had to ask another waitress for our bill because ours couldn't be found. Our drinks sat empty and we were never asked how anything was. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything. I wrote my number on one of the receipts for a manager to call me, and it never happened. Don't go here...fair warning.

I love chilis as a brand! Me and my wife eat in or to go twice per month and change locations occasionally. I’ve never had a problem till tonight. I found a hair in the food and it wasn’t covered in all the sauce when we even asked for additional sauce.

The service was amazing we got in there and the lady from the bar made sure we got sat down within 55 seconds of approaching, and then the waitress comes in not even two seconds after the lady from the bar just sat us down, great service overall 15/10 Great service great food go to Chili’s to get the roasted corn, which is so good. great service every time. fabulous job chilis definitely coming back for that corn.
