My wife and I are Chili’s fanatics and have been to Chilis’ all over the country. We recently moved to the area and were thrilled to check out the local Chilli’s. We tried this location two times. The service was so terrible we left before eating both times.. The first time we left after 20 mins because our server never came to the table.. We tried again this past weekend. This time sitting at the bar. We waited 10 mins before the bartender greeted us. We ordered drinks to start. Another 10 mins went by before we got them. Then another 10 mins went by before the bartender came back to take our order. We squared up on the drinks and left.. Both times we can see 5 or 6 workers laughing and goofing off in the back. I don’t get it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointing... We go here frequently and after tonight I may not return. First we waited almost 10 minutes just to order drinks. My wife orders a diet coke with no lemon. I ask for a diet coke, with or without lemon, surprise me. They give me a regular coke. I did not catch it right away and I am a diabetic and get migraines from the sweetener used in most regular soda. Then we found a hair in our Salsa. To top off my night the avocado ranch dressing dip had large chunks of avocado in it, not at all like what I have had in the past. I was there after 7pm on a weeknight and this place has a long history of not being able to follow special requests. Time to find a different Chili's.
