We had a great time. The service was excellent and our waitress very amicable! We had a stomach bug for the next few days. Quality control in the kitchen needs to be addressed! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The location is inside the mall pretty convenient when leaving the movies. The food wss good except when ordering a steak well done came back medium rare. At the time of the cooking I noticed some of the crew cleaning the grease trays while the others were still cooking. I don't know if that was a good moment for it or not. I may go once more to see if the experience changes but I guess for some things it won't (and I don't mean it negatively) It is a chain restaurant. Treat the staff well. The service was really nice. The waitress was very pleasant. She made conversation with us and she was caring. She served us our drinks and she was concerned about our well-being. Food and service was four stars was due to the fact that my appetizers and main cousre were brought literally 5 mi utes apart. It was delicious and portion sizes were excellent. Unfortunately I ordered a salad to which I ordered oil and vinegar as a dressing which I was not brought with the salad only to be informed that I could have oil but they didn't have vinegar. Amazing! Excellent service and food! Katia and Otto are a great team! Great attention to detail, fast service and everything cooked to perfection. The veggy fajitas were delish and the white tortillas very fresh. My wife had the ribs and was super satisfied. This restaurant is superior to all the other Chili's in the northwest part of Puerto Rico. Will definitely come back!

Awesome ❤️ time, great food in great company of my son, outstanding service, and the food was very "Chilli Awesome" we are regulars here. Can't go wrong coming here for lunch or dinner, want a have even more fun, sit at the bar, you'll definitely will be catered, oh!!! big screen TV with sports and nice cold ones...

Hair in the food. I hope that the management enforces the use of hair nets on their kitchen and wait staff. They should have discounted the entire bill because it was in two of our three meals. Also, they are charging a 17.5% tax on the bill.

The truth is that the service has always been good and O have come here many time "BUT" am those time the taste and quality of the food has varied depending on that particular day some days it can be great and some days it could be embarrassingly bad cold food bad taste and even old and this is with salad too. That's why I give it 3 stars. The place is always clean and the supervisor there has always been very excellent service. Now 1 things is always amazing are the drinks. Everybody should have a " margarita Frozen Corona" and everything that comes from the bar. The bathroom are execlente shape and desert taste great.
