The service was not effecient and there were 5 people dining where I was seated. I had to wait for the waitress to be available to get their attention for a water. I finished a plate, and they just wouldn't take it. My meal had bacon bits and the ice cream was enough to compliment the rest of the dessert. Great place to celebrate some family achievements and make a great memory. The shrimp, chicken and steak fajitas were a popular choice for the adults in our group and the kids menu completely satisfied the little ones. To be so very truthfully honest, the food was just okay. My burger, personally, was delicious, but the ribs were devastatingly dry. The sweet margarita was really gross, but the spicy one was fantastic! Essentially, everything here can be either hit or miss, but the service is always great Side note, though, who charges $7 for watered down salsa and chips?? My husband and I live going here, especially before grocery shopping! We actually share it, and it makes a wonderful healthy lunch. We ask for extra cheese and sour cream boats, he uses bread, I don't, and we each have 3 Fajitas. I love that sizzling sound, the chicken, steak, and shrimp cooked to perfection. We ask for extra onions, no peppers to avoid the heartburn. It's truly our staple dish on a Sunday. Give it a try! With the beans and rice, you'll for sure be happy! Service was fast and pleasant. Ordered burger with the works, got no pickles, paper thin HALF (?!?) a tomato slice, and an onion sliver. Bowl of chili was cold. So I was starving one Sunday night and just wanted a simple soup. Realized quickly that Nothing was open because it was Sunday Except for Chili's (Leominster, MA). Came in 10m before closing and the Host was amazing & very accommodating. So along with the soup they had available, I had also asked if there was anything else that quickly be made w/o adding more stress & clean up time for the cooks, as they were already cleaning up for the night. So I ended up leaving with a cup of soup and a salmon dish with rice & broccoli. Which I have to say was made with quickness but was still very tasty cooked to my liking. I wanted to do this review because (I am also in the business) & definitely know how aggravating it can be to have people come in, right before the restaurant is closing & just about everything is practically put away for the night.
