This location is always clean and quick to get you a table. The waitress was friendly and helpful. She checked on me frequently and asked about refills. The food was fantastic! Love the cookie dessert! 🍪 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today’s experience at Chili’s I would rate it subpar. The tenders that I ordered were hot and crispy. The fries and macaroni and cheese were heavily salted. I shouldn’t have to grab my napkin to try and wipe off all of the extra salt to find out that I have, a huge pile of salt left behind. You have salt and pepper shakers on the table for a reason so that you can lightly season your food before it goes out to the table. The prices having increased like everywhere else. We typically don’t eat a lot of times at Chili’s. I think it’s going to be a while before we going back, that if we go back. The food has never disappointed at a Chili’s restaurant. However, it’s not every day that we’re incredibly blown away by the service. There was a server whose name we failed to get, but he left an impression on us. He had some physical limitations that would make most people hesitant to work in a serving position, but he didn’t let it stop him. Chilis is one of our go to places to eat simply due to the fact that the food is pretty good and it is reasonable price wise. Layton location usually doesn’t have a huge wait. I always get the honey chipotle crispers and my wife goes for the fajitas. Pretty good food we both eat with a drink for about 40 bucks with a tip. Riddle me this I got the three for me thinking that I could get the drink of the month which I did. When I got the check, they said that it has to be separate because we’re in Utah why even advertise something like that to be honest, it’s false advertisement. The waiter that we had was absolutely amazing but the fact that my girlfriend got salsa poured on her, granted by accident, but still, and the manager only could offer us dessert. Alright so I will start off with this was a visit to complete our “nostalgic dining” tour of stuff we ate in college because we could afford it and wanted to see how it compares as an adult. Our expectations were low. The drinks were great and our server was so wonderful hence the 2 stars. I’d come back for the chips, queso, salsa, and drinks. the brisket quesadilla had so much BBQ sauce, I didn’t even finish 1/2 of it. The CBR quesadilla was definitely edible and tasted exactly as I remembered to be honest. Nothing amazing. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were okay. the chicken inside was super dry but I liked the external flavor haha. Egg rolls are nasty. Mini sliders were better than egg rolls worse than chicken. also, they couldn’t serve the chilis happy hour specialty drink of the month because it has too much alcohol in it for Utah so that is unfortunate but that’s what happens living here.
