My chicken tenders were great! My mom's shrimp pasta was not good. It didn't have flavor and was cold when she got it. The server was great and so kind to take it off our bill and offered something new, but unfortunately, my mom didn't have an appetite after that. The chips and salsa are great, and they also have a great coke! My kids enjoyed their Mac and cheese meals and fruit off of the kid meals. I have brought my family here to eat several time, and every time has been absolutely outstanding. On out latest visit we ordered the triple dipper chips, the bacon rancher, the chicken strips, and a classic bacon burger. The guacamolewas seasoned and fresh, not a simple blended avocado they call guacamole. The flavor was even, and texture was good. The salsa was fresh, and qeso dips were flavorful, smooth, warm and delicious, and they came with fresh warm chips. The burgers were perfect, not over or undercooked or underseasoned. The bacon was crispy but not burned or floppy. The bun was a great texture to compliment everything, the pickles were fresh and didn't taste like they came from a 5 gallon bucket. The chicken strips are great. The breading is even and not to hard or to soft, a good crunch and the chicken is still juicy. The street corn is consistently good, every time. Every time we come here, the food can easily be described as fresh and impressive. The server was pleasure, she was attentive, complimenting, courteous, and took orders in detail. She brought the appetizer at a good time before the food, we never were out of drinks and we had everything we needed and orders came to out table with no flaws, even with the customizations. The Manger was involved with the entire restaurant, running orders or picking up any slack he could find. He was in charge but in a positive way as an influence and part of the team. Fast, incredibly friendly, and spot-on service to tell your friends about! The staff at this Chili's location it top-notch and on point. The environment is neat and clean and offers a very relaxed, at-home with friends vibe. All food was fresh, neatly presented, and prepared as ordered. No complaints whatsoever... only a 10/10 recommendation for all of your dining needs. Morgan was an especially attentive server and went above and beyond to make out visit a great one! Alex seemed so blown away let alone inconvenienced when we mentioned one out of our 2 steaks was not medium rare, and more like medium well. If we didn’t have a second one sitting with us on our table then his attitude may have been a bit more understandable. The assistant that has dyed blonde hair that brings chips and drinks sure doesn’t love her job. It’s a bummer that it’s rare these days to find a great sit down spot that everyone in your family can enjoy every once in awhile. They should be grateful that my husband didn’t follow my advice on lowering their tip. DO NOT GO HERE. All the dishes and utensils were awfully disgusting and were not washed! They all still had food on jt. I asked for a second set of plates/solverware only to get dirtier sets. Finally I gave up and asked fir everything in to go playes/cups. When I did this the sever got offended. Food was terrible, not seasoned properly, no flavor, undercooked an overpriced. This is a terrible knockoff of Applebee's. We didn't finish our food, I should've sent it back. I should've gotten a refund. Casual date night with the wifey. We ordered the 3 meal deal. A beverage, appetizer and burger and fries starting at $10.99. I upgraded the appetizer to the 3 trio dip and was pleasantly surprised. Honestly I would be willing to pay $10.99 alone for the appetizer. In addition to the appetizer I had the old timer burger and a refreshing lemonade. Bridget whom was an excellent server recommended the secret sauce burger which my wife Ane ordered. As a Samoan I can grub: but we still ended up taking food home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have definitely seen a difference in the speed, the food quality, and the service with the new management lately!! RD, Robert and Susan have turned this place around!! You can feel the positive energy when you walk in the door!! I can't wait to go back again and again!! Was a decent experience. Great food and drink options. Plus size friendly table and chairs. Servers were nice and friendly. The only issue my table had was drinks kept coming out to us before we were half way through the current drink. So much so that my gf hadn't finished her first and had two refills already on the table. Not a big deal just overwhelming a bit and took space from our table so firing all our plates became challenging. I would recommend taking time to visit this location and enjoy some drinks and maybe burger and fries. Y'all will definitely be seeing me there again. Terrible! I wanted Chilis chips and salsa. I LOVE their salsa. I also wanted a Chili's steak, those loaded mashed, and steamed broccoli. Service was terrible and we had 2 servers because one was being trained. All of the food came out at the same time! I thought, OK,no biggie. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The steak was undercooked for med rare and I immediately asked for A1 steak sauce. I had to interrupt my server because she was standing talking to this woman for 20 min in the middle of the bar area when she had probably 5 tables. After I asked, she continued to chat with the woman for another 10 minutes while my steak got cold. Veggies were raw and undercooked. Wow corporate....you need to secret shop this location. Unbelievable.

Food was good except the corn. I have leftover corn a few days old that has better texture in my fridge. That was the only disappointment. Wait times we're much longer than they anticipated our estimated wait time was estimated at 34 to 45 minutes waited an hour and 15 minutes and we went in to see what was going on. They didn't seem to have any urgency in sitting us even though our table was open. To end on a positive note the mango chicken and the dry rub ribs were very tasty. Table service was good. We will avoid the corn and the crowds in the future.
