I am normally pleased when I do finally get ahold of somebody to put a order in but it seems to be getting worse. I probably call twice a week and cannot even get through. So maybe once a month is all I ever get through and get food. I have tried 3 different times tonight to get through and it just rings and rings and rings every time. Food: 3 Service: 1

I came in and ask for fresh hot chicken and the person told me how long it was that the chicken came out and how long it would take for the chicken that was still frying i decided to wait for the chicken that was frying, and it was sooo delicious i keep going back, thanks again Chicken Express.

Worst CE ever. 2 times I've gone here, and both times, food has been wrong. Not like I'm ordering a steak. Just chicken strips. Sides have never been right. Always good food, and I go at least once a week often twice a week! I have never had anyone be rude to me and I have gone there for at least 5 years! Much better value than Popeyes!
