Ok I've moved to the northern neck Lancaster County Virginia where there is zero fast food! Next up I come back to mechanicsville alot, been craving my 4pc chicken, ordered that meal and a chicken sandwich for a friend because I had funeral Wednesday...I was extremely disappointed as I only eat here im no fast food person but its always incredible except Wednesday night, chicken tenders so tough I gave them to her puppies truly disappointed 😔 waffle fries soggy, unreal Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm very grateful for the gluten-free options they provide. My husband and I are able to enjoy meals together, whether inside or taking it home with us. If there's an issue with our food, we only need to submit a ticket within the app and they take care of us. It gets very busy during peak hours but they work very hard to get all the customers their food. Asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich meal. When asked about the cheese I said Pepper Jack. I'm tired of having Chick-fil-A assume I mean a SPICY deluxe sandwich. NO. I did NOT say SPICY. All I want is exactly what I asked for, with no assumptions made. This has happened almost every other time I order in the drive through, and I'm really tired of it. I have actually chosen to go to other places over Chick-fil-A because of this. Literally my only complaint. Everything else is 99% perfect.
