Ordering in the Drive-Thru is horrendous. The young workers, both male and female, that work there have attitudes, are not in dress code, and seem to have issues with getting orders right. How do you have attitudes on both the outside and inside the drive-thru? Like we wasting your time. You WORK THERE! This seems to be a consistent theme among this particular location. Chicken flavor taste like mass-produced, for fact food, it is not bad, but not worth the hassle of the long lines. I had a gift card, which os why I went. The person with the portable tablet in the outside lane could not get my gift card to swipe, he had to get someone else to manually enter it. My sandwich fell apart as I was eating it. The lettuce in my salad was tough and a little dry, I only ate 1/2 of it. I don't understand the popularity of this restaurant. Going through the drive thru here anymore is terrible. They can’t get an order right. To big of a hurry to get you gone. I live close and will drive to Florence area from now on. Check your bag before you pull way because it is most likely wrong. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The family favorite chicken. We swear it’s the peanut oil+quality of chicken and no one leaves disappointed that the staff is always on point. If you are looking for a decent sized side, the salad is huge and the avocado dressing and roasted pepper strips are great!
