I ordered the Deluxe chicken combo and the fries were mushy and undercooked. The line was long and moves quickly but to take an extra 15 - 20 seconds to ensure well done fries is worth it. I even ordered well done fries. I returned them and received more mushy undercooked fries. I'm very disappointed. I had to put them in my air fryer and it cooked them perfectly. DO BETTER CHICK FIL A. I don't mind paying for good food, but it has to be the way I ordered it. Chick-fil-A never ceases to amaze me. They are always friendly and attentive and consistent. I have visited restaurants in multiple states and the reception is always over the top! Bravo!!! We had to stop off to get a quick bite after getting off the plane at LAX as it’s very close to LAX. One of the larger Chick-Fil-A’s that I’ve been to. There’s parking for easy in and outs. The sitting area was very clean with a lot of tables. The food is your standard quality and the service was excellent. All staff interactions that I had were met with friendly smiles. Staff were excellent. The place was very clean. My spicy chicken was good, except I feel they need bigger buns, and maybe a bit better quality. My bun started tearing apart after a couple of bites, and I still had quite a bit of chicken left and no more bun.
