Always great customer service and fresh, hot chicken sandwiches. So many sauces to choose from and they don’t nickel and dime you about them like other fast food restaurants. I used to not have issues with this place but this is the second incident I’ve had that I’ve been annoyed by, the first one I asked for sauces didn’t receive any I asked for with my mobile order, now another day I get a large fry that looks like someone was eating out of them. Ok, I have honestly never been disappointed in a chicken sandwich from here, but this sandwich last night was not particularly great. 3/5 stars for the whole experience. First, the lady at the register was the sweetest, so 5 stars for her. We ate in, and a lot of the tables were dirty, and there was trash on the ground. Maybe there was a rush before I got there, I'm not sure. 3 stars for atmosphere. To describe the meal, I got a #2, which is a spicy chicken sandwich, and then I got deluxe style. The chicken kept having pieces that were just breading with literally no meat, just breading all throughout the sandwich. It was odd, texturally and physically, because where is the actual chicken if it's not in the middle of the sandwich? The toast was soggy, and literally not even toasted. The fries were COLD, so they weren't eaten. Only plus was the frozen lemonade was great, as usual. I usually always take pictures, but this is my first day out with my family after recovering from a long sickness, so I didn't think of it. I was just bummed and wanted to go home. Great service and friendly staff. Everyone is very polite. The food was fresh and the restaurant was very nice and clean. Our daughter enjoyed the kids' indoor play place, and so did we. DELICIOUS food and AWESOME staff!!! Always eat here and also pick up ubereats orders and these workers at this location are like family to me! Had the breakfast for the first time today and it was amazing! Beautiful appearance as well! They are fast at the drive through and curbside!

Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Very fast service. I would eat French fries here every day if I could! They have great selections of salad as well. Frosted lemonade is a must. In the summer, they had kids events en Tuesday’s, we just went once, and it was a great experience. Their kids area are designed for 5 and less which makes it very convenient for families with young children.
