Best fast food in Champaign/Urbana. You can tell the owner/operator is there. You get nothing but smiles, quick service and no attitude. Laugh at the people in the portillos line across the street as it crawls at a snails pace while Chick Fil A whirlwinds the cars through. I've waited in portillos line for 40min+ with 3 cars ahead of me. They are AWFUL! Go here instead, you'll thank me later. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We bought chicken for lunch and it was good. We said thank you to our order-taker, and instead of the expected "it's my pleasure," he said "have a good one." What!? Time to retrain those Chick-fil-A employees! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Consistency is what Chick-fil-A does best. Always fresh, hot, delicious. One is the same as all the others so that you can expect great fast food. This restaurant is right in line with that. This being the only Chick-fil-A in the area, it's usually busy, often packed. Long lines, inadequate parking, and crowded aisles are common. A second location is expected soon, so that may improve. I hadn't gone here before and I had a gift card so I decided to try it out. I was very disappointed when I ordered a large fry 2 drinks and a small macaroni and cheese. Food was good and what you would expect from any Chick-fil-a. My only complaint is the drive through efficiency. We sat 15 minutes in line before reaching an attendant to submit our name (we had a mobile order) and another 5-7 minutes waiting for our food. At other restaurants they have 2 people in each line taking orders and this would have helped greatly to speed up the wait. I'm glad we had some extra time to wait but if you are looking for a quick bite to eat, I would think twice about using the drive through. Stopped in for lunch and wanted to try the Chicken nuggets/bites! Got it as a meal and wasn't disappointed, nuggets were whole pieces of meat, not processed mush!!! Was pleased with the waffle fries taste and texture! Will definitely be back and try more of the menu!
