Pocos restaurantes en el Oeste de PR proveen el nivel de excelencia culinaria y de servicio como este restaurante. Claramente los precios reflejan ese alto nivel de calidad pero en balance, es un lugar que recomiendo totalmente.
Los platos que probamos nos dejaron con la impresión de un alto nivel culinario comparable a los mejores restaurantes en PR y en USA.
Les recomiendo el branzino, sumamente fresco y delicioso. La chuleta doble de cerdo súper jugosa y sazonada. Y el pato a una temperatura perfecta.
Los aperitivos que probamos fueron la ensalada César con boquerones frescos, y la tabla de pan focaccia con varios quesos, frutas. Mantequillas. Y aceitunas.
Los postres fueron espectaculares: creme brûlée de coco servido dentro de un coco y un bizcocho de chocolate con helado preparado en casa.
