Service is great. My family and I went a couple days ago. But one of the dishes we ordered was the Creamy Garlic Tilapia and Shrimp, which was way too salty for our taste. Well, usually we have good food and good service, but on this occasion we were seated and no one attempted to serve us. We called on a server passing by our table, he just ignored us. There was a busser cleaning the booth next to us. We asked if there was someone who was gonna be able serve us. He said "were probably short staffed tonight. We were sitting, and waiting thinking he was gonna a go get a server, but he went on doing his job cleaning tables. Like didn't really care. We got tired and left. Went to another closeby restuarant. The service and the atmosphere were good, quick and relaxing. Unfortunately, the food was just ok. For as nice as the restaurant looked and chill vibe, i expected better quality food. If you're looking for chain style food at a very good price, then this will work for you. It's also very kid friendly. Food was decent. Croissants hard and they charge you $1.99 for refill. They only give you one for free. Waitress was childish. She through paper in my booth while I was eating while the manager just stood there laughing. I came to enjoy a nice meal but I was so irritated by the unprofessional behavior. If that receipt paper would have hit me or landed in my food, It would have been a problem. No apologies from her or manager. I will never return to this location. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It's been about seven years since I have eaten here. Thought I would give it a try since it's only a few miles from home. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the bourbon, glazed salmon, green beans, and a salad. Wife had grilled chicken, rice, green beans, and a salad, we both enjoyed our meal and we probably incorporate this place into our repertoire! My first time at Cheddars. Food was amazing. Our servers Jonathan was so pleasant. Next time I'm in Houston, I'm going back! I had a drink called the Painkiller. Incredible. The chicken tenders were delicious. They had crunchy texture and soft chew. Their fries were very delicious with their salty and soft texture. The ranch made it perfect to go with the chicken tenders and fries. I would highly recommend the carrots because they’re very sweet and savory. Sadly, I would not recommend the side of seasonal green beans. It is flavorless and squishy and I cannot believe they called it seasonal.
