Chase came through with short notice catering for 30 people in 1 day and knocked it out of the park! Awesome food especially the ribs and banana pudding! I can’t recommend high enough! Thanks again! Staff was very nice. Brisket was bad, likely old and reheated from days prior, it was dark brown with no smoke ring or smoke flavor. More like roast beef and not smoked brisket. Pulled pork was ok. The banana pudding was good.
