We visited tonight for dinner. Everything was absolutely top notch! The service, the food, cleanliness and watching your team perform at top notch levels was awesome! I often dread going out to eat anymore, because let’s face it the industry has changed over the past few years. Employees aren’t engaged or excited at a lot of restaurants. But you guys killed it tonight! It was honestly exciting to see the energy of your team. This is what this industry is all about. Hospitality and making people happy with great service and food. Nice place with an upscale vibe. It's a little pricey but well worth the cost. We sat down and were a little disappointed with the number of selections on the menu, but ordered and were extremely happy with our food! The queso and chips app were delicious. The hickory burger and baby back ribs were perfect! The wait staff are in uniform black and provided outstanding service! Loved our first visit and will return. Been going here for years. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, the servers are happy and attentive and the food is delicious. The margarita is the best. Literally why we usually head over there. Never knew to put green olives in there, but it makes all the difference! Try it out! This was an excellent restaurant with excellent service! Even at closing time we were still treated like VIPs! The inside of the restaurant looks very elegant and is very comfortable. The food and the prices were excellent! The service was unsurpassable! Brittany was our waitress and we have NEVER received such good service anywhere and anytime before. She was very patient, very polite, very friendly, and very helpful. Everybody there that night was super awesome! Next time we’re in Omaha, we are definitely going there again. Charlestons with its employees, food, atmosphere, and prices…get five stars from me easily.
