I've been a customer for three years and I've contemplated writing a review for awhile because I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I order the same drink (Wacoco) about 90% of the time and the drink tastes different every single time. I don't know if the product is not being prepared properly or if it's not served the right way but ownership needs to address the quality control. More than half the time, the drink is watered down and frankly is not good. I am a bubble tea connoisseur and love to support small business, this is a great addition to the Temple market but there is room for improvement on drink preparation. My husband and I decided to splurge here for lunch and try their pork dumpling box and their pork belly box, and I got the Milky Way with coconut jelly, he got the jasmine milk tea with crystal boba. I also got the spring onion pancake which is nice and crispy you can tell they just made it, and the BBQ steamed bun. It was all very good and there is a lot of food that fits in those boxes, we ended up taking leftovers home to snack on later. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
