I was there tonight no customers except ones waiting for ToGo orders...the girl at the front counter was so unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no reason to be that behind in orders with that many employees they just weren't working. One young man kept walking all around with his head phones on dancing, I was there for 30 minutes waiting(order was placed before I got there)and never seen him do ANYTHING but stand around. I used to be obsessed with CW 10 years ago or so when I was in high school. The past few times I've gone the food is disgusting. I switched it up tonight to try spaghetti and meatballs and it literally tastes like chef boyardee. I took it home and added my own seasonings just to make it edible for me. I'm not sure what changed but I think this will be the last time I give them another chance of tasting like what I remembered. I ordered two large sausage pizzas online and when delivered , I saw they quite overdone and were also cold!!! The crust was hard to chew from being over done and not very good being cold. Foods mediocre, service wasn’t good at all. Took over an hour for food to be ready, 4 employees in the back just standing talking and another sitting with 6 pickup orders sitting in front of him. Well all the reviews were correct, not very impressive pizza. I don't know if they change the recipe or what. That tastes nothing like a Cecil Whittaker's Pizza. The salad I had was pure vinegar. No oil whatsoever it was so bright I couldn't even eat it. And I love pasta house salad which is very bright but this was unbearable. There was something strange about the garlic cheese bread it tasted like it had a funky aftertaste it must be the butter they use. Either way not very happy. Hopefully the owner figures out what's going on. And gets it rectified I hate to see anybody lose a business because of poor quality. Probably should have read the reviews before I went there.

It was impressive how bad it was. Took an hour and a half. Driver couldn't care less. Pizza tasted old, chicken strip were black on one side from being overcooked and the salads were sad. The bottled soda was good because they didn't have anything to do with it. Last time ordering from here and I used to frequently. That's a nice pizza is much much better and better service.
