Went for brunch at Caves Corvallis and was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good! We had oysters that were a bit underwhelming but the rest of our meal was delicious. I had the ham and gruyere strata and it was really tasty. The service was good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is chill. Overall a great experience and will be returning. Do recommend! Great brunch place, we got the chicken and waffle (generous portion!) and the pork schnitzel benedict, perfect! Must visit and must give it a try! Food tastes good not big portions and expensive. Was awkward with man dressed as Santa just sitting there entire time directly across from our seats & people next to us.
