The staff is very friendly and the time it took from us being seated to getting our dinner was very brief. Food was very good, smaller menu selection than I expected. The only awkward part is that the tables are very close together. We actually moved our table a bit to make it easier to get in and out of. Definitely going back again! Disappointed in the food: back in 2015'ish I've eaten here several times (the amazing Gail worked the 1'st floor bar) ... and back then I never had a bad meal, every order seemed fresh with great flavor. Until last Thursday... the bartender (don't recall her name) was great with an excellent personality and very attentive so, this review has nothing to do with her. Beer was ice cold = A+ My cheese steak Egg rolls were seriously dried out and seemed like day-old, left-over food that was reheated and put on a plate, and for $12.00 it never should have been served F-. To 'attempt' to help the taste and dryness I asked for a small side of marinara dipping sauce and was shocked to be actually charged for it... come-on Casey's seriously??? A few times the bartender came over and asked how everything was but, I just couldn't put this on her. Unfortunately, not too sure when or 'if' I'll make a return visit. Ordered some sandwiches, which were fairly decent, except when the check came, each one was $3 more than the price stated on the menu. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the difference out of the tip. The beers were also were way overpriced, considering this place is basically a dive, including people smoking in the bar, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Either way, hope the extra few bucks you scammed from us was worth the loss of future business, as that's the last time we'll ever be stepping foot in a Casey's. The food is not anything special. As far as I'm concerned, the menu doesn't have those meals that set others apart. I'm not a fan of the layout. Really, it is just two bars that were stuffed into a house. Ordered to-go chicken tenders and fries and hockey pucks.
