Only had ham and Swiss sandwiches asked the guy if he could make a turkey one quick because don’t eat ham. He said sure but I’d have to wait 30 minutes. Sorry it doesn’t take that long to make a sub could simply be kind and let me make one if he can’t do it in a timely manner. Bad customer service
When Covid was rampant, I stopped going to Casey’s because pop machine was limited & ice was in a bucket with scoop. Today I stopped for Diet Pepsi , it was flat & ice was in a bucket. I’m never stopping there again, & it’s close to my home. Terribly disappointing!!
I order here often and they always have my order ready and correct, food always looks good, cant say the same for other locations, thankyou to the staff!

Guy at the counter was very nice and efficient upon checkout!
Your ice machine doesn't work.. your card machine inside is broke you have to hold your card in to get it to work. Your manager is very rude she will stand there and ignore you when you're standing there waiting to be checked out.

Pizza was cold
Sorry, you have permanently lost my business. If you are going to require someone to be in your store with a mask; like the shirt and shoes, rule please post this. Since, some of us are fighting inner problems that already put us at a high risk it would help in keeping us informed and not having to argue with your employees' which then opens you up to the HIPAA issue. Because, at that point I feel I have to disclose my medical condition for not wearing a mask
