I usually have a good experience here, but when the wrong pizza was delivered they had no solution to make it right. They said they could remake it, but I ordered delivery for a reason and they weren't able to figure out how to have the correct order delivered or refund me the difference between what I ordered and what I received. Extremely nice staff and very clean store. I have stopped by often and just flushed my car keys down the toilet accidentally (they’re automatic flushers, so beware), and the manager was very kind and genuine in trying to get me some help.

The convenience store is fine, glad to have it in Bella Vista but the gas is always 10 - 20 cents a gallon more expensive than in Bentonville. I also don’t get the overly positive comments on the pizza. It’s ok for gas station pizza but it’s more expensive than Dominos and there is a real pizza place next door for about the same cost. They used to offer free air, now it costs just to put a little air in a tire. They were open 24hrs a day but no longer, not even the pumps. On the good side the store and pump area are usually clean.

What's the point of being Casey's if you won't make sandwiches anymore!?!? So, you've got this sandwich counter, but we're just supposed to pay premium price for premade, stale, dry sandwiches? I don't think so. Your competition across the street has less tasty bread and is more expensive, but they'll get my business from now on until you reverse your new, dumb policy.

A 50 dollar delivery order should include all of what I ordered, I was charged for two items I didn’t receive and the pizza showed up incorrect and looked as if it were dropped. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering through this store anymore. If I was able to actually contact them and get my order correct I wouldn’t be making this review, but every time I call it says user busy so here we are.

No made to order sandwiches is a HUGE mistake! There's no reason for me to stop at Casey's for drinks, fuel and smokes if I can't grab a fresh lunch....you've lost me.

Was told that Nicole the kitchen manager told her crew to sell these old style wings at the cost of the new style. Not only was the order 2 wings short, this is what 17 dollars worth of wings looks like from Nicole and her staff.

So I spilled coffee this morning 7/21/21 around 9:30am. I did apologize. I even try to add a little humor because I was so embarrassed by saying I haven’t done something like this since I quit drinking I’m so sorry. Then the older lady with short hair and glasses asked me if I was burned. I said “no thank you for asking “ again I said I was sorry. This Casey’s worker Was very upset that I spilled the coffee. Meah already embarrassed paper my stuff on my way out her other coworker said she even say sorry? And the older lady with short hair and glasses said no she did not in front of a store full of people. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. I go to Casey’s all the time it’s on my way to work I thought there every day I will not stop there again ever. It was an accident which I was sorry for.
