My coworker and I had a nice lunch a falafel wrap and a chicken shawarma. Co-owned by a Jordanian man and his Moroccan business partner. Menu is largely Moroccan, the Middle Eastern items have a Moroccan twist. Great service, tasty food for a reasonable price. The quality of their food is good. We ordered enough food for four of us. The whole chicken seesh kebab was tasty but dry. Soup was very good. Baba ganoush was very tasty, but it needed a drizzle of olive oil on top. Interestingly we loved the couscous. Meatballs were the tastiest among all of them. Lastly we ordered rice pudding as our dessert which would go better without the dash of cinnamon on top of it. Their entrees are wonderful! The rice was flavorful and the lamb was tender and juicy (5/5). The Casablanca smoothie is the real gem though, ngl best smoothie I’ve had in my life (5/5). Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only complaint was I feel a bit expensive haha. Although the building is formerly that of a taco bell, the new proprietors offer an experience that's anything but. The food is phenomenally flavorful, the atmosphere is quaint and quiet, the notes of foreign currency adorns the walls, the lighting soft n mellow. Highly recommend. This is a really nice small restaurant. The people are welcoming and helpful. It was nice talking to them. And the food is wonderful. Loved the hummus combo where u can choose 4 things. We chose hummus, baba ghanoush, zalook and falafel- This was an excellent dish! We then got the chicken shish tawook plate which is excellent!! We were served by Mohammad who is polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable, adds further to the dining experience. We will come back soon for sure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
